* ABCM/SBMAC members will be required to show proof that they have paid their membership fees for 2009 at the congress site.

** Graduate students will be required to show proof that they are enrolled in a regular graduate program at the congress site.

# For registration at the congress site, add US$ 50 to the registration fee.

All participants are welcome to submit up to 2 papers at the single registration cost.

IMPORTANT FOR BRAZILIAN PARTICIPANTS: Multiply total cost in US$ by 2 (two) to get total cost in R$.

2) Fill out the required information, sign, and send a copy of the registration form to FIPAI by e-mail:, OR, by Fax: (5516) 3371-0162. If paying by direct deposit, or, bank transfer, send also a copy of the receipt .

IMPORTANT: Registration will be processed when payment is received.


Refund and Cancellation Policy: Written request for a 40 % refund will be honored when received before Dec. 1st, 2009. No refund for cancellation made on, or, after this date.
