G. Nonlinear and Chaotic Phenomena in Engineering

To represent complex engineering dynamic phenomena has been a great challenge to Engineers. Usually, the resulting mathematical models are in the form of nonlinear differential equations solved by either perturbation or numerical techniques. These results usually exhibit a wealth of interesting phenomena, including chaotic behavior, which are quite different from the counterpart linear simplified models.

So, this symposium intends to congregate researchers and students interested in subjects such as non-linear dynamics and chaos, non-linear vibrations and control, stability and bifurcation, non-ideal systems, control of chaos, synchronization, fractals, pattern formation and applications of non-linear mechanics in all branches of science and engineering.
